The Company is focussed on oil and gas exploration and development of existing and new oil and gas discoveries. The current area of interest is in the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding countries in North Africa and Europe.

Xstate currently has on issue:

  • 100.9 million XST shares;
  • 48.4 million XSTO listed share options exercisable before 30 June 2013 at AUD$0.24; and
  • 0.4 million unlisted share options at AUD$0.24 to AUD$2.25 which expire from April 2012 to Jan 2013

Note: Escrowed Shares and Options:

  1. 4.5 million shares are escrowed until July 2012; and
  2. 9.8 million XSTO options are escrowed until July 2012.
